Rx: Organic Lavender® Castile & Glycerin Soaps

Rx: Organic Lavender® was made at the request of a Doctor on Shelter Island. With a rise in tick borne illnesses out here, Island doctors began recommending the use of lavender as an effective and natural tick deterrent. Because my Soaps and Body Wash were made without harsh synthetic detergents I was encouraged by them to launch the line. An Rx: was added to the product name to suggest - Dr. Recommended.

Rx: Organic Lavender® is made from the real lavender Lavendula angustifolia and is exceptionally calming due to its low camphor content. It is a wonderful addition to our product line due to its ability to balance the skin and soothe irritation.

It’s important to know that in order to use the brand “organic” in fragrance, Lavender must be grown and distilled without chemicals.
